Complete your renewal
You Currently Have at Least One Pet with an Active Licence
Once you have successfully logged into your online account if you currently have a pet with an active licence, you will be taken to your profile page. On the right hand side click the red renewal button to start the renewal process. Note that the renewal button will not be displayed unless one or more licences are close to expiring.
You will then be taken to the License Your Pets page. Here you can edit your pet's details to qualify for a different licence type (ex. your pet has been microchipped), add a new pet, update us on your pet's status (ex. no longer with you), and select a tag type.
All Your Pets' Licences Are Currently Expired
Once you have successfully logged into your online account, if you do not currently have any active licences you will be taken directly to the License Your Pets page. Here you can edit your pet's details to qualify for a different licence type (ex. your pet has been microchipped), add a pet, choose a renewal status, and select a tag type.
Important to Note
If this is your first year renewing since your partnered with DocuPet, you will get a new tag in the mail. If you have licensed with us before, you may choose to keep the DocuPet tag you have, or you may choose to receive a new one with your renewal. It does not cost extra to get a new tag if requested during the renewal process.
Please note if for any reason you no longer have your pet, you can update your renewal status to let us know. You can also email or call our customer service team and they will update your record.
You will be required to pay a fee for each of your pets' licences. Please see the fee schedule below.
You can pay online with a Mastercard, VISA, VISA Debit or American Express. After your registration and payment has been processed our records will update to reflect an active licence status and if you requested a new tag, it will be shipped within one business day.
